Warranty Information
Epic Motor Coach models are what are called "second stage" manufactured vehicles. This is due to the chassis being made by Prevost while the interior conversion is performed by a second manufacturer. As such, chassis side components will be covered under the Prevost warranty while the conversion side is covered by Ultra Coach.
On the house side of the coach, new Epic Motor Coach models are covered by a (24) month converter warranty to the original owner and commences on the date of coach ownership registration. The warranty covers the components made by the converter and the connections of lines and systems. Components installed onto the coach by the converter are covered on the warranty of the manufacturer of that equipment. Prevost Warranty Information:
On the Prevost or bus shell side of the motor coach, the Prevost warranty covers coach REPAIRS to correct any malfunction occurring during the WARRANTY PERIOD resulting from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service. The warranty applies under the condition that Prevost is given full access to all electronic data in the Electronic Control Modules. Coverage is for the original owner and extends for (24) months. The Prevost warranty is for 100% of parts and labor with some exclusions. Complete details can be obtained by contact a Featherlite Coaches representative
